Born in February 2016 in Martano, at the heart of Salento, Mad Vybz Crew emerged from the shared passion for music and Jamaican culture among four 15-year-old boys. Drawn to the vibrant Salento music scene, they began immersing themselves in local parties, getting to know the established sound systems in the area.

In 2018, attracted by the Soundclash culture, they decided to put the adventure they had just started on hold, to join a more established sound system, with which they had their first Soundclash experience.

In 2020, Mad Vybz Crew saw a revival as Dj Shotta and Dj Mode reignited their passion for Soundclash. They began constructing their own dub box, which became the core of their new journey, with the aim of competing in music wars.

In 2024, Mad Vybz Crew participated and won their first Soundclash as "Mad Vybz Crew”, in Rovereto at the "Deadly Mountains Soundclash" in a 1vs1 battle.

With four years of experience, including parties, collaborations on music productions, and mixtapes with both national and international sounds and DJs, Mad Vybz Crew has solidified their presence. They proudly hold the title of the youngest collective in Salento's music scene.
