This is track 4 of the "Osceola Jazz Project" which was an album produced by Mr. Russ Weaver in 2002 where schools from across Osceola County were challenged to produce an original piece of music to be recorded in the studio at Parkway Middle School. This is the Gateway HS Big Band with it's director Mr. Bill Henley.

This is students having fun at Narcoossee Middle School with the playing of ringtones on their percussion instruments.  Ringtones are the sounds human beings used to alert them to their primitive hand held communication devices during the age of confusion.

This was my last year at OCSA after beginning this vision with Mike Vondracek in 2003.  I am still so very very proud of my students.  God bless each of you and please share this with your children.  
For those that do not have arts as part of your education, you are listening to the improvisatory skills of 12-13 year musicians.  Composing music on demand is no accident and requires a great deal of commitment and dedication.  Nicely done y'all.
