1. Ad Guday Mangala Charm Mantra

When we wrote this, I told my producer and partner in the album at the time that I wanted this song to sound like I was in a hammock late on a summer night.  Upright base player, James Allen, from the Utah Symphony gave it the final undertone.  This song is my favorite.  These are the benefits of this ancient chant:  *Strengthen your mind-set to be successful.

Ek Ong Kar

This song was so fun to write and create.  Once I got down the main piano line and the melodies for the vocals, we started and it launched into the coolest session with one of my blessed and most insanely inspiring Kundalini teacher and friend who said after laying down the tablas and electric sitar and other guitar solos and amazing blends with me on keys and Cam killing it on base, Stephen came up from recording his parts and said "Shit.  That was like playing along with the non-mormon tabernacle choir or Natalie's"!  And so it got better.  This is my favorite.  When we started I said to my producer "I need horse hooves.  Then I can write."  The album is available online EVERYWHERE you might buy music.  If you want the hard copy (which has more than just music, it has a Yoga class and an amazing poster of the poses and the art is too good.  TOOO GOOD.  I wish we still lived in a material world.
