Ciara Lawrence is the Big Plan Engagement Leader for Mencap - an organisation that provides support for those with learning disabilities.

Ciara was diagnosed with a learning disability at the age of 10, meaning that she often finds it difficult to learn, communicate and understand other people.

In this episode she explains the difference between a learning disability and a learn difficulty, and how her disability allows her to support other adults with learning disabilities.
