Water
The trigram Water symbolizes the unfathomable, the dangerous and fear. However, simulaneously, K'an, the second son, also represents courage and humility. 
Water is gentle on the surface, but determined within. 
It will fill every little depression, every uneveness in the river, it will cirumvent any impenetrable obstacle before moving forward. 
Yet, Water resolutely heads towards the sea, sooner or later, regardless of delays or obstacles. 
Similarly, Water will assume the shape of any vessel it occupies until it overflows, then it will continue its course. 
Water: Yin on the outside, Yang within.

Marijke en ik blijven ons goed amuseren.
Ok, ik ben geen groot zanger, mijn Engels is van jawadde en ook ben ik me bewust van het feit dat ik geen specialist ben in gitaar, bas of enig ander instrument... 
Maar ik componeer nu eenmaal graag simpele liedjes.

Hi, welcome to our page! We compose and perform a variety of music styles, including electronic, alternative, piano music, trip hop,ambient, new age, minimal, ambient, and more.

We use a mix of ethnic and classical instruments along with electronic ones. Sometimes we include vocals, and other times we focus on purely instrumental pieces.

For us, there are no boundaries in music.
We're having fun creating, and we hope you enjoy our music as much as we do.

Our music is often accompanied by 3D art videos, though these aren't available on all platforms. Sometimes we also collaborate with other artists, as our name, Half a Date, implies!
