Come along with us as we delve deeper into the scum realm, to precipices of phunk previously undiscovered. What is this interscumulary dimension that we speak of? Imagine a place where the phunk gradient plummets immediately, inducing massive phunkquakes and scumnamis abroad reeking havoc and anarchy to the masses. The citizens of phunk have been marginalized and silenced by the Scumbolitionists for too long. Now, they haven spoken and elected us to embody their voice in front of the coalition of phunk chancellors.


We, the elected officials of Phunkadelphia, hereby vow our undying allegiance to all that is scummy, filthy, and grimy. May those that walk the path of hygiene one day bare witness to the iridescent glow of our celestial sources of sustenance, the scum stars. O great Scumlord, hear our eternal plea!! Grant us the power to tap into the essence of the legendary Figueroan folkhero, Trashman, who singlehandedly rescued the citizens of Scumville from the infamous trash drought of 1486 B.C. Rumored to have meandered far & wide throughout the Figueroan corridors, the epicenter of the interscumulary dimension, he utilized the higher powers bestowed upon him by the deities Skizz & Skuzz to administer the phunk elixir to the people of Scumville.
