It was a Somatic Movement session on Winter Solstice with the intention to plant seeds for spring.
As you step into the journey you can begin by asking yourself what you desire or long to express. What do you want to bring into fruition in the coming year.

Linda Nenne is a somanaut who's mission here on earth is to guide humans to the lived experience of the intelligence that takes form as body, mind, spirit, earth, space. She believes that a deep, honest and supportive self-relationship, and to know Self, is what will free humans from unnecessary suffering. And support us to live our full potential. Her skill is to bring humans beyond the veil of the current culture and into the depths of being.
