Episode 6 of #DoItScared brings us inside the colorful mind of Scottie Beam. The New Jersey native talks the motivation of having young women watching her, almost quitting Washington, DC's Broccli City Festival 2 hours before the show and deciding to leave NYC's HOT 97. To start off season 2 of #DoItScared, I brought my partner in crime, Chris Stylezz to the studio. Chris details his journey into hosting, how having a care free attitude onstage makes him great at his job, and making his way into the 'Palooza family. Chris and I dive into how our relationship formed through 'Palooza, the first time he was told he did a "bad job" and how it re-shifted his focus shortly after.  We uncover and unpack an ugly situation that happened between us back in September/October and how it affected both us moving forward.  Shifting focus back on Chris' power moves, we talk about his blossoming podcast "Trappin' Anonymous" and how he was FORCED to start the brand due to the success going on around him, signing a very lucrative deal with TIDAL and quitting his job as a high school counselor and developing his "5 Year Plan" that assisted him in quitting his job!

In episode 2 of season 2 for Do It Scared, Hustle Hard General, Maino steps into the booth in a way you've never heard him before. The Brooklyn native reveals how not being the most relevant artist doesn't scare him, how he transition into rap happened during a 10 year bid, and how he was afraid to reveal to friends and family that rapping was his next hustle after coming home. Maino details his scariest street life moment, explaining his fears to his 15 year old son, and breaking down onstage performing "All Of The Above" right when it became a mainstream hit!

On a very special episode of #DoItScared, Senior VP of A&R for Roc Nation and JAY Z's right hand man, Lenny Santiago opens up about his introduction to hip hop, being a street team general for Bad Boy Records, and then switching teams to unfamiliar but authentic conglomerate which today we call Roc-A-Fella Records.  Lenny goes on to detail how his first A&R session turned into a single that would be instrumental in JAY Z's career, going to Houston with Beanie Sigel and chasing around Scarface to get in the studio, the infamous Blueprint sessions, getting inspirational talks from DJ Khaled and JAY Z when he's slipping and learning a valuable life lesson while working with Sha Stimuli!
