Sazambuling di na composed in 1986 by Thinley Gyamtsho. When he was a student in Simtokha Rigshung school in 1974, he watched the movie Dhund (1973)where he heard the song "sansar ki har shay ka" by Mahendra Kapoor. Later in 1986, upon the requests of his friends to write a song that did not involve women, he composed sazambuling di na based on the Mahendra Kapoor's song.
