Think of RozeGold as a story, or more of a journey. The same journey many seem to face whenever being creative comes into play. Kingston born and raised out of a strict home, music was seemingly the only way of release and escape. And being in a family rooted and grounded in their spirituality he found himself exposed to music from going to church with his grandfather who also built guitars at an early age. His journey would be one of great measures. As for Music, his love for reggae grew when introduced at a later age when he was exposed to various reggae and dancehall shows or even studio sessions from a behind the scenes perspective.

At the age thirteen he was already introduced to Pop and Hip Hop Culture and the soulful sounds of Old School & New School R&B and singing on the church choir. But it was not until the Rebirth of Dancehall in the 90s when he started to realize his love for reggae and dancehall music. Rozegold then took up writing with the encouragement of close friends Edward Rasheem and Robert, also relatives and the inspiration in music itself.

By the age Sixteen he was writing way beyond the boundaries of dancehall and reggae. And after being challenged by a lifelong family friend and Hip Hop Producer Dinali who lived in the U.S at the time but was visiting family, to write Hip Hop he would later on be stamped a Prodigy, a Diamond in the Rough. By the age of eighteen he migrated to the U.S to live with his Mother to make a better life. But his love for music stuck with him. By the age of twenty one he would be on the road to self realization, and plans had to be set in motion for his success. Years of hard work and dedication was not spared. With help from lifelong friends and producers Krisdavid and Dinali who developed Knocturnal Records the trio would be a force to be reckoned. 


His EP Named "Operation Worldwide Rave" and an array of hit singles are already recorded and in the process of being mixed and mastered. He also has several hit singles such as "Rave All Night", "Gimme What You Got", and "Ring Game" already in circulation worldwide on mixtapes, radio stations and social media. Expect a hardcore reggae or dancehall based track with experimented sounds and tones from jazz to rock and roll, hip hop, Electronic Dance Music R&B and a plethora of genres  while still trying their best to not stray from the roots and this is the type of music we hope many will come to enjoy for decades. Rozegold has a great love and respect for many Artists and Musicians before him and he hopes his voice and love for music will be seen, heard and accepted worldwide.
