These tunes were all recorded before my kids were born.  After that I took a break for a couple years.

The Great Salvation

She Sells Sea Shells in Seychelles

A guitar solo.  First take.  Done with Ableton Live and Push 2.
Guitars were an Italia Maranello Semi Hollow body for the tremolo rhythm part and a Yamaha AES 800 for the lead part.  Bass was an Ibanez TMB30 short scale bass with flatwound strings (the only way to go).

All guitars and bass recorded through an Avid Eleven Rack into a Behringer XR-18 mixer.

Drums were Addictive Drums playing a pattern. At its stock tempo it sounded like "Immigrant Song" but I slowed it down about 50% and added some extra hits to relieve the monotony.

Bright Lights, Big City

An original song written as an excuse to play something on my new mandolin. The performance is a little rough in spots and the tune a little repetitive but it served its purpose.
