If you're like me, you probably have a lot going on in your life. You may have work or school, family commitments, kids, side hustles. It can be challenging to find the time to do everything you need and want to. Listen as I share my experiences with finding balance in my life.

One of the best ways to find balance is to prioritize your time. Take a look at your schedule and figure out what's most important. I discuss ways I prioritize my time to ensure I balance what’s important with what has to be done. 


🥉 Self care is the best care:  

Another way to find balance is to take care of your physical and mental health, It’s not always possible when you have a busy schedule but making time for self care is so important. I share some ways self care helps me focus on balancing out my busy schedule.
