Not my style of music but the level of detail and high production value is impressive!

There's a lot to like, here. As others have said, it doesn't feel as polished as your tracks often are, but it's a fun ride, nonetheless.

the drop of level works for me much better than the previous sudden increase did, but I think it woul be even better if you ramped up the level from here to the next loud bit more grandually and consistently, rather than the sudden hit again.

i did't really like Helm, felt like it was overrated for it's nice UI,  so i didn't think much of Vital either, but now I gotta check it out!

This month was a real challenge!

When I looked at Odin, I came up with the idea of a true One (!) Synth Challenge – just a single instance, no excuses.
I dove deep into sound design and quickly realized: this would become a real borderline experience.

While endlessly tweaking, I kept discovering new sonic paths – sometimes inspiring, sometimes frustrating.
Odin could be pretty temperamental when dealing with MIDI, but in the end, I managed to shape something that feels raw, tense, and expressive.

So here it is: Grenzerfahrung (borderline experience) –
a track born from limitation, chaos, and way too many hours. ;)

IN "Truly Alive" I wanted to channel the Cyberpunk ethos. The scene, a rainy dystopian city scape. An emotional AI pining for a love that can never return.

WOW, what a powerful synth. I already paid for it (donated). Thank you Mr. Tytel for giving this to the music community for free, I wish I had it a long ago when I first started. This thing is a dubstep machine. I love dubstep as everyone who has heard my entries already knows. I feel that this synth is begging to be abused and i feel that dubstep will demonstrate this well. This track is harsh to the ear and thus the recommended listening is at the highest volume.

I am most proud of the percussion in this song, mainly because it took me about 10 hours to get them just right. I redesigned them 4 or 5 times from scratch. I used a lot of presets, which are excellent!! I didn't want sound creation to slow me down. So what you hear is what this synth can do out of the box. Obviously I manipulated the presets a ton, (automation). I used all free plugins because I didn't know that I could use commercial, but reaper stock plugs and some free ones do the job magically so I'm not mad.

This song is short but aggressive, this is the 4th version of the song here. I wanted to contrast the soft and quiet with harsh and loud. Compression and limiting have been pushed as far as the free plugins will allow it. I am so excited to listen to everyone's entries.

All sounds created by the INSANE synth Vital!!! Produced in Reason 11. This is my submission for the KVS One Synth Challenge #142 featuring VITAL! Matt Tytel, you are a CHAMPION. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK ON THIS AMAZING SYNTHESIZER!!!

I wanted to keep all sound design to Vital's internals as much as possible and only use 3rd party stuff if I absolutely couldn't part with it.
