Originially written in 2016 or so as a love song for (secret) and played just with voice and acoustic guitar. The title is a sort of response to Eleanor McEvoy's fantastic song "Wrong so wrong". Now I made a full band rock version of it and like it.

Finally my first drinking song ;-)
The idea for this song came to me some 3 years ago when I witnessed a conversation between a passionate beer drinker and a strict anti-alcoholic who is slightly prone to nationalism and religious fundamentalism. When the latter said, I can have fun without alcohol, I resisted the temptation to enter the conversation and instead decided to write a song. It took me until recently to finally do it. Cheerio!

A Toast To My Sobriety

A song for a friend whom I lost touch with.
After listening to some Crosby, Stills, and Nash tunes I felt like doing something in a similar style.

I neede some simple background music for a little video clip. Three chords and a simple but - I think - beautiful melody played on 3 acoustic guitars (2 "normal" + baritone).

I was in 11th grade when we learned about Niels Bohr's atomic model. Since then, I have been fascinated by the idea that each atom might be a little solar system with planets and mybe living beings on them. Some 40 years later, I decided to write a litlle hommage to the fascinating universe that each ever so little particle of our universe is or at least can be imagined to be.

The Ballad Of The Angry Quark

Sometimes words just fail on me. In such a situation, I tried to use my instruments to express what I felt. Several months after originally writing the piece, I ran into words by German poet Wolfgang Borchert that appealed to me so strongly that I added a little vocal passage that I hope will help express the emotions that I can't put into my own words.

My second drinking song. Inspired by recent Doomsday Clock updates and by some fancy stuff they gave when I woke up from anesthesia after a surgery and had a - literally - major pain in the ass.

Based on a true story that happened in Summer 2012. First performed 2013 by "Couldn't Stand The Weather" in a similar style.
New mix: Changed the bass sound so it less "pumps" the limiter.

Mood piece made of a "cinematic sound" plugin, fingerpicking and distorted electric guitar, and vocal harmonies for which I wrote something that rhymes.
