It's a complaint you hear from the more 'experienced' homegrown managers: "Why don't more British coaches get Premier League jobs?" The team discusses whether the thing often standing in a young coach's way... is them. 

The food: gourmet sandwiches, provided by a local bakery, and conforming to all of the various salad-based prejudices of the group.

On each episode they discuss one footballing issue, while digesting a delicious lunch or brunch, and almost never reaching any sort of conclusion.
