D-Nox is an internationally renowned performer, respected by DJs, and clubbers alike for his highly creative, and innovative sets. The style of his DJ sets varies through progressive and tech house while incorporating aspects of techno, and trance. His skill with the turntables, excellent choice of tracks, and unique charisma combine to provide an exceptional experience. Aside from DJing, D-Nox is head of the Sprout and Plastik Park record labels with many of these releases finding their way into the playlists of top-class DJs, such as John Digweed, and Pete Tong, amongst many others. And then of course who can forget his work alongside Frank Beckers, under their D-Nox & Beckers moniker, a name that is synonymous with many of the scene’s classic tracks.

The German will be in Australia in the coming weeks for the Enchanted Gardens party in Melbourne, which follows a highly-talked about set at the past Rainbow Serpent Festival. It’s been a long time coming, but we finally have D-Nox on board for a Balance Selections mix…

THE REMIX SESSIONS are a series of 3 or 4 track EP releases that will have some incredible remixes done of much loved Tongue & Groove tracks. Taking our influences of Psychedelic Trance and Techno we have alternating releases through the year of Psytrance remixes and and then more Techno and Dub infused remixes.

The first EP kicks off with some Psy Trance flavours on the REMIX SESSIONS Part 1 featuring Mandala, Christopher Lawrence and Yestermorrow.

Tongue & Groove is on a roll, with three consecutive top ten hits and being booked worldwide to perform at major international festivals they are now rocking dance floors on a global level! Jake Ainley and Ric Featherstone are both deeply passionate electronic music lovers, involved in the scene for many years. They met at many Flying Rhino and T.I.P parties in the 1990’s when the scene was exploding and they forged a deep friendship over a mutual love of the psychedelic scene and a passion for music production and DJ’ing. After putting on parties and Djng together for over a decade they decided to get in the studio and create their own twisted sonic delights influenced by the music that had been turning them on for all those years. In 2006 Tongue & Groove was born with a mission to create music that has the best combination of Progressive, Techno and Psychedelic Trance. With their musical roots immersed in the sounds of the beginnings of Goa Trance, they wanted to produce a new sound that both captures the best of that epic era with a new and exciting twist that could be best described as Dzpsy-technodz. A sound that they have pioneered and is now spreading like wildfire around the world. Now signed to Nano Records they have released E.P’s and tracks with Nano records and on other labels such as Echoes Records, Iboga Records, FlowRecords, Liquid Records, Broken Records and Shifty Disco. With support coming from the likes of Paul Oakenfold, John 00 Flemming, Nick Warren, James Monro, Perfect Stranger, Tristan, Lucas, Dick Trevor and Ace Ventura and many many more. Tongue and Groove have and are performing live at many festivals/parties around the world (Ozora/Earthcore/Symbiosis) and festivals in UK (Glastonbury, Glade, Noisily, Secret Garden Party, Boomtown) and played alongside such legends and greats as Tristan, Avalon, James Monro, Dick Trevor, Billy Nasty, Neelix, Tim Healey, Hedflux, Lucas and Shane Gobi. The Deck Attack Radio Show started exactly 15 years ago, in the beginning of 2003 – in parallel with the Deck Attack party series – at the legendary frequency of 98.6 MHz, on Radio Café where it had been broadcast as an on air show at weekends for 10 years. After the regrettable collapse of the channel the programme kept going on RCKO:FM. Since the breakdown of RCKO:FM the Deck Attack was looking for a new forum which was found now on RadiOzora!
Infragandhi and Imre Szeles’s shows are broadcasting bi-weekly about the newest electronic musical happenings with the total freedom of genres. From ambient to techno, from ethno through house to acid, they create their shows with the attention to almost every segment of electronic music which will be completed occasionally with exclusive interviews that were made with significant figures of the international stage.
