The Crown Chakra (located on the top of the head) is a point where the cosmic energy flows into our physical bodies. It acts as a gateway to allow us to connect to our higher power, awareness, faith and spirituality. However, when the energy center becomes blocked we may experience deep feelings of overwhelm, insignificance and feelings with being alone with our personal life challenges. Strong attachments to possessions and relationships are also potential signs that we are disconnected to our spiritual nature. I have created a 5 minute Crown Chakra Meditation composition entitled "The Divine Source" to help you to heal and balance the Chakra.

As forgiveness often works better through gradual and regular practice the music was developed with the intention to be used on a daily basis. 

I created the piano music using a free flowing intuitive style of play within the musical key of F. The reason I chose the musical key of F is because the Heart Chakra resonates to this musical key. Healing the Heart Chakra with the help of music, opens your heart to loving yourself and having gratitude for all that you are. 

The more love you give to yourself the more compassion you will naturally feel towards others.

We can't change others, but we can always change from within and become more peaceful ourselves.
