“The Complete Recordings of Hezekiah Procter (1925-1930)” is a new album,  novel, and experimental recording project from Montreal musician LI'l Andy chronicling the life of fictitious old-time country singer Hezekiah Procter. 

Each song was recorded simultaneously by two separate recording machines: a Webster-Chicago wire recorder, made in 1937, and a Tascam 38 half-inch tape machine.
