Release comes with “Yellow Bird”; a song about an incarceration and freedom. The mood is energetic and triumphant. The verses speak of a bird using his gift of music to forget about his flightless wings. The chorus’s chord progression simulate flight. The bridge breaks out of the song’s rhythm to form ulate the escape plan. The anticipation builds through the bridge. Then, the final chorus declares, "Finally, I am now free!" The song ends with unresolved notes signalling this may not be the end.
