Memph 10 has the life experience and musical ability of someone twice his age. Born in the northside of Richmond, Virginia, he has spent time in and out of jail, mental hospitals, and lost numerous of friends and family due to violence and drug addictions.  Tho musically gifted, Memph 10 is using his unorthodox lyrical style and unique voice to tell us about the struggles he has overcame to make a name for himself.

Memph 10’s up and coming body of work Joogin The Industry which is hosted by Richmond's own Dj Richie Savage aka Sir Rj of 106.5 The Beat is his most cohesive yet. Highlighting the struggles of staying down till you come up while mixing in some up-tempo tracks, Joogin The Industry is his depiction of life in the struggle from living in Memphis, Tennessee to moving back to Richmond Virginia. Even tho he doesn't have millions of plays, global radio attention, or major label interest blowing up his phone, he’s keeping a humble level head, while aiming to get better and keep pushing.

We are now living in a day and age where so much music lives and dies on the internet, Memph 10 flourishes in the real world. Between giving back to the homeless, helping rebuild the youth in his community,  and hustler-style marketing tactics, Memph 10 is building his buzz the old-fashioned way.
