Episode 9 – After The Elections

Oh what a week! As Americans settle into this new future for our country, we are offered the opportunity to see and heal our individual stories about the Presidential candidates and the election process. It's never about the "other person" - it always comes back to us... our own beliefs, emotions, judgments, and continuous Heart / Soul expansion. 

The title for this video series has never felt more applicable. "Healing Our Souls" takes each one of us keeping our hearts open. Even when it feels like we want to yell or cry or point fingers at "the other" who doesn't seem to understand our point of view. Today, this weekend, next week, next month... we can simply pause and feel whatever needs to be felt individually, then allow it to gracefully move through and out of our space.

This journey we are each taking is about becoming MORE in this lifetime. Expanding our hearts, our minds, our consciousness, and co-creating a world that serves everyone.

So pause with me. Listen to what is happening inside of you. Take a few of the simple action steps I suggest and see what can shift. And then share your reflections with those around you - from a place of love and respect. We're all just Souls in human bodies, trying to figure this physical / spiritual / mind thing out! Xoxo

“Once Upon A Time”… we were Souls exploring Galaxies and dancing with Stars. Until, one moment, we decided to support the expansion of consciousness on a deeper level by becoming human and playing on this beautiful planet we call Earth.

Even though it was our Choice, many of us now feel a bit lost, disconnected, separated from the Oneness that we knew as Truth in our Universe. Why are we here again?! What was that agreement we made a long time ago as a Soul before we arrived here? How do we get back into alignment with that inner Knowing that felt so certain to each of us as a little child?

I invite you to listen to the stories and wisdom of ordinary yet completely extraordinary people just like you or me. As I feel inspired, I chat with one of the amazing Souls in my life and we talk about our journeys.
