Tiefenentspannt verfolge ich die ruhige Musik. Sie entfaltet positive Gedanken und erweckt ungeahnte kreative Kräfte. Der sterile weiße Raum verwandelt sich dank meiner neu erlangten Fantasie in die abenteuerlichsten Umgebungen. Mal stehe ich hoch oben auf einem majestätischen Berggipfel und ein anderes Mal befinde ich mich tief unten im Meer. All diese wunderbaren Gedanken befreien mein „Ich“ und ich bin fast froh, in diesem Raum gefangen zu sein. Dieses reine Weiß ist eine großartige Projektionsfläche für mein Innerstes und erlaubt es mir, mich auf eine unbekannte, völlig neuartige Weise zu entfalten. Untermalt wird diese einmalige Erfahrung durch stete Rhythmen und sanfte Tonmuster. Hier und da unterbrochen durch kurzweilige Intermezzos, um neue Elemente einzuführen. So bahnt sich zum Beispiel eine Trompete ihren Weg in den Vordergrund. Immer häufiger mischen sich auch Stimmen in das Gesamtensemble. Sie geben dem musikalischen Hintergrund neue Texturen ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Alles fließt ineinander und vermittelt mir eine wohlige Wärme. Eine Erkenntnis steigt langsam in mir auf. Eine Botschaft, die durch die Musik und den Gesang durch den Raum getragen wird. „Alles wird gut, es gibt nichts was beunruhigend ist.“ Mein Geist verfängt sich in diesen Gedanken, der wie ein Mantra unaufhörlich wiederholt wird. Die zögerliche Einsicht wandelt sich schnell in eine manifestierte Gewissheit: „Alles ist gut, Musik ist gut, tanzen ist gut und ComRa ist gut!“ Erlebt zusammen mit Pete Oak eine inspirierende Stunde einer sich frei entfaltenden musikalischen Kreativität.

Hiroyuki Kajino : Good Morning from Tokyo

Who’s thirsty for some delicious electronic underground beats: please welcome the fantastic Agatha Pher and join our Monday evening gathering with a sip of her favourite cocktail, a spicy Michelada.

Born and based in Barcelona, Agatha Pher is part of the new wave in the Spanish electronic music scene. Her musical career as a DJ begins in 2010 and it was in 2014, when she started to produce her own tracks and to share the journey between her unique melodies and harmonies.

The release of her remix of Georgia Angiulli’s "Deep Moan" in 2018 definitely kicked off her career and catapulted her on the radars of the global scene. And in 2019 she joined Pablo Bolivar’s Seven Villas with her phenomenal "Skinthings EP" including a remix by Facundo Mohrr. 
It was just a few weeks ago when she released "Unmute", her latest EP out on Kindisch, which - by the way - entered the top 40 Deep House Charts on Beatport with the original mix. 

Her Remix of Aracil’s “Kaoyama”, also out on Seven Villas earlier this year, is our favorite production of her played on a regular base here in the Schirmchendrink headquarters.

Following a string of well received album remixes from Tim Green, Gui Boratto and Martin Roth, German wunderkind Ben Böhmer now offers up dreamy collaborative cut ‘Lost In Mind’ for Russian duo Volen Sentir to stamp their mark.

Lifted from his acclaimed debut LP ‘Breathing’, Ben and Malou’s ‘Lost In Mind’ receives a pair of new reworks. First up, leading with a percussive-heavy groove, Volen Sentir’s ‘Vision’ emphasises the heartfelt vocals, with hypnotic melodies and soothing pads, whilst their ‘Interpretation’ features a syncopated bass rhythm accompanied with an atmospheric string solo.

We start the next week of summer with one of the most famous, if not the most famous drink of all time: the Cuba Libre. Also known as Rum & Coke. Canadian based and rising duo Beije mixed a sensationally smooth Monday sip, whit a rich and dreamy flavor.

It is only two years ago when they started releasing music on imprints such as Manual Music, Sound Avenue, Where The Heart Is & Nugget Music. Their sound, it can be described as a blend of hypnotic rhythms and melancholic melodies, meets the nerve of the time and creates unforgettable moments on the dance floor. 

Beije got our first attention with their Genuflect EP on Nugget Music, and they definitely stole our hearts with the tremendous remix of Jeff Evelines “Crashes in Love”, out on 3rd Avenue earlier this year. What a hymn - goose bumps guaranteed!

They, and we are still referring to the goose bumps, might also occur while sipping on this delicious Rum & Coke – so smooth and gentle. We love it, thanks guys!

„Liebe ComRa Mitarbeiter, das nächste große Event steht an und der Raverend ist back in town. Jetzt seid ihr als Botschafter der Musik gefragt. Geht hinaus und verbreitet die frohe Kunde. Bringt die treuen Techno-Jünger wieder in die heilige Kathedrale und lasst uns eine weitere Musikmesse der Superlative feiern. Ihr wisst wie wichtig dieses Projekt für die ComRa Gemeinde ist. Euer voller Einsatz ist jetzt gefragt, damit der Raverend von der Kanzel aus die Massen erreichen kann und wir bald eine neue Ära der Glückseligkeit einläuten können. Ein Zeitalter in der alle Menschen frei ihre Gefühle im Tanz ausdrücken können. Damit möglichst effektiv die Menschen erreicht werden können, wird die Stadt wieder in Zonen eingeteilt und jeder Botschafter bekommt eine Zone zugewiesen. Die Einteilung der Zonen und eine Liste potenzieller Raver findet ihr im Anhang.

Meine Gedanken überschlagen sich nach dem Lesen dieser Nachricht. Es gibt also mehrere Botschafter der Musik. Ich dachte dieser Posten wäre einzigartig. Nun gut es braucht wahrscheinlich mehrere Botschafter, um so ein engagiertes Ziel durchzusetzen. Ich bin auch etwas enttäuscht, dass mein Engagement nicht in einer fremden exotischen Region beginnt, in der die Menschen nicht die Gelegenheit haben große Raves zu besuchen. Aber irgendwo muss man ja schließlich anfangen und hier habe ich immerhin den Heimvorteil und kann die Botschaft des großen Raverends verbreiten. Meine anfänglich getrübte Stimmung wandelt sich bald in Tatendrang. Ich will meinen Beitrag leisten, um die Welt zu einem lauteren Ort zu machen.
