Paradigm Shift

People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years. 

The basic idea of a Breathworking Session is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in. Through this technique you master superior breathing, increasing the  oxygen delivery to every part of your body.

Taking deep breaths we release unconscious and hidden energy blocks in our nervous system and so relating the cycles of functioning breathing to the natural cycles driving all life on Earth. 
It enables us to release pend up emotions so a release can take place. So that you are experiencing a normal and healthy emotional release. This can be very overwhelming as an experience … But then again, perhaps there was a lot of stuff waiting in the cue to be released

Born and raised in Ghent Belgium.

I got hooked on Kick's & Hi-Hat's at the age of 13 during the early days of New Beat . At the age of 15 I started mixin house & Techno using casettes and vinyl.   

It wasn't untill I heard Sasha & John Digweed play that I made a switch to progressive,  ...ever since then I've been playing  a progressive style that has a punch combined with still melodic moments.
