Filth on Acid label head Reinier Zonneveld and hero of the underground has linked up with mainstay DJ/producer Oliver Heldens, more specifically his legendary underground alias HI-LO to explore a darker techno sound. The first fruit of their multiple studio sessions in Amsterdam is the new single 'Saw of Olympus’.

"Over the last few years I’ve become a big fan of Reinier’s productions, his style and his label Filth on Acid, so a few months ago I sent him a couple of new HI-LO ideas that I was working on and he was really into them, so he invited me to his studio to work on some of these together. In the studio we were a really good match, it was very inspiring for the both of us, and I definitely learned a lot from him. We ended up doing multiple studio sessions and we are working on a few different tracks together now which I’m really excited about!
This new track ‘Saw of Olympus’ is the first one that we finished. We called it ‘Saw of Olympus’, because the track has a very distinctive Saw synth, a real “Saw of the Gods”, continuing the Greek god theme of my latest HI-LO releases Athena, Kronos, Zeus and Poseidon. For me this is a great way to explore new collabs that might not be the most obvious ones. Oliver Heldens has been sending me some of his techno works for over a year already - under his alias HI-LO. Turns out he is a great producer and a very fun guy to work with, and we ended up doing regularly very inspiring and productive sessions which resulted in a whole bunch of new tracks that we’re both very happy with! Oliver’s HI-LO alias is reserved for his deepest and darkest records, which have taken the techno scene by storm in recent months. Having released a series of tunes inspired by the Greek Gods, which garnered support from the likes of Enrico Sangiuliano, UMEK, Amelie Lens, Deadmau5 and Above & Beyond amongst others, two of the songs “Zeus” & “Kronos”, landed in the top 10 of the most supported Techno tracks on 1001tracklists in 2020, which was a contributing factor to Oliver being awarded the coveted spot as the #1 most supported artist platform wide. Also in 2020, Oliver landed in the DJ Mag Top 10 for the third year in a row whilst remaining in the Top-450 most-streamed artists in the world, on Spotify!

Highly respected for his powerful live performances at key festivals and sold-out clubs on all continents, his vibrant sound is winning him fans far and wide. Based in Saint-Petersburg, Karawai is one of the first producers who starts to create a new Ghettotech sound which is on the huge rise on scene. He's one of the heads of urwaxx label, ghetto propagandist and an opponent of the genre restrictions. Mainly focused on ghettotech production, the roots of his tastes lay deeply in dubstep/UK sounds, with a big influence from the Chicago Juke scene. Karawai plays around and blends genres in his material, makes new interesting decisions on the edge of Memphis, Acid, Electro and Trance. His releases always get huge support from worldwide fans and many independent underground djs.

Alvaro Duarte, a.k.a.  Django Coûte. Dj and future Paraguayan producer (22).  Born in Asunción, he was instilling his musical taste through the retro, rock, metal, jazz, euro dance, house and techno genres of the 90s at a young age through his parents.

Little by little, he realised that music is a passion for him and since then he had the thought of wanting to transmit all that feeling to the whole world.

In 2015, he had the opportunity to delve deeper into a long musical library of the electronic genre, and then in 2017/2019 to go deeper into Techno knowing all its branches.  At the end of 2019, he became more interested in musical mixing, wanting to give people the discovery of the new sounds that he acquired years ago.  In 2020 he joined the Utopic Dj Lab, having Bruno Wølf as a mentor and thus making his debut before ending that same year, as a resident DJ of the Equinox party cycle.

The meaning of his name is based on the Belgian jazz musician Django Reinhardt, having a deeper meaning for him being "Django Coûte" translating as "The cost of dawn" or "Dawn costs". His style is more characterised by being strong and energetic, always maintaining high bpms and that the rave never stops. He is venturing into a wide variety of styles such as Hard Techno, Industrial, Acid Core, Trance old/new skool, among others.

Veronique’s catchy mix of hard techno and wild acid lines comes with a massive rave factor in her DJ sets. She has a very versatile taste in music, constructing distinct and strong mixes with hard kicks, old school and industrial sounds as well as melodic elements. As a resident of her series of events ‘The Meaning of Rave’ and ‘Femme Fatale PL’ (Poland), she gained major dancefloor experience which strongly reflects in her own productions and mixes. Becoming well known for always pushing the audience through all limits with her unbounded DJ sets is what already brought her to some of the most infamous raves in London, Kiev, Bordeaux and Berlin (Tresor, Griessmühle).
In September 2019 Veronique launched her label ‘The Meaning Of Rave’ with various release party of the label’s first Various Artists Compilation.
