Me and Xavier Jaari , French Singer/Songwriter 1st released this 2 years ago , we used this trying to raise funds for the Ukraine on a Kickstarter crowdfunding project , unfortunately it fell flat . Evening Of Life - Improvised Piano Piece

This is about a lonely doll in a box hidden far away in the attic.  She is dusty and stashed away in the eaves. Her dress is for a princess or a lady, to the manor born.  She has slippers for dancing and lacy petticoats that gently flow with each pirouette.  When the clock chimes in, as dawn breaks, she magically appears.  Ahhhh, there she is... dancing to music in her ear just as the light streams in through the cracks, like a spotlight.  She performs her dance until the light dims, and the music in her ear is silenced.  Then, back in the box she goes, dreaming of her next dance in the spotlight!

The Taste of You

For me, this song is more about the special qualities of a partner... like faithfulness, honesty, kindness, and steadfastness, as well as a burning heart of passion and love! We are now entering the holiday season and soon a new year!  It has been a very difficult year for me personally.  But musically, I believe I am writing some of my best music.  I am inspired everyday by all of you who have followed and supported me on SoundCloud.  I have found many wonderful friends from every part of the world!

I believe what the world needs is more songs about love for all living things and the earthly treasures around us. The power of love is magical, mysterious, and miraculous!  And, it is essential to our survival like water and the air we breathe.  I believe that through the universal language of music, love can heal, bring joy, and create an invisible chain that pulls all of us together, not apart.  I vow to write only songs about love in 2024.  Will you join me?

A Little About Me...
I compose music on the piano. My inspiration comes from my dreams and my life experiences and is strongly influenced by my years of classical training. I am starting to get to know the Soundcloud community and never thought anyone would listen.  I love every genre of music, and the talent and creativity are mind-blowing! I started composing later in life after many years of teaching.  Music, for me, must capture the imagination and emotions. When I play or listen, I want to feel something that brings joy or meaning in the moment. I am very grateful to all my listeners and the gift of music in my life!

For those of you who follow me on Soundcloud, I have been experimenting with adding tracks to my piano compositions.  I create and record everything using a Yamaha 660DGX, including the instrumental tracks built in to the keyboard, then I edit on my laptop using Sony Sound Forge Music Pro.  It's a simple set up, and I have lots to learn.  Thank you for listening and helping me in my musical journey!
