This music is meant to help you stay focused in the flow state - hints the name "FLOST8" 

I listen to these beats while I work.  Sometime I do the whole playlist on shuffle, and sometimes I listen to a single song on repeat for a while if I am working on a specific task.  

For me personally, I listen to this while I work, while I do creative activities, while I do yoga/meditate, when I take walks / ride my bike.  I find this music keeps me calm, but also energized, creating a nice balanced music buzz that keeps you in the zone ;)

Also - I am trying to narrow this down to 10 songs or less before I release these on all streaming platforms in the next few weeks, so please let me know which ones you like / listen to the most.  THANK YOU!
