【About track】
We produced the track with a jazzy taste so that the piano glows and the melody uses a bluesy scale so it’s able to be sung smoothly with the chords. Especially, the way the rhythm grooves and how the melody interweaves with the beat, we made the track and the melody with a rhythmical and languorous feel that lets the main vocalist, RUUNA’s, husky voice shine.

【About track】
This track is my new approach that adds a shaking rhythm on an up-tempo beat combined with kolme’s essential music such as Jazz and Hip Hop. Also, the melody motif is a swing jazz style and I added a dance part as well.

【About lyrics】
For the lyrics, I wrote about my view of love with the theme of the desire to be loved.  I described more possessive love with deeper feelings like you want to be possessed or you don’t want to be in love anymore if you can’t get who you love. On the upbeat part of the track, I wrote thrilling lyrics that details what it’s like to manipulate and draw someone into liking you. On the bouncy swinging jazz melody part, I wrote lyrics that allow you to envision a seductive, almost dangerous smile.

【About track】Considering the theme of the song which is “new life,” we arranged the track to express the anticipation and excitement for new life with bass and rap in the intro.
We pursued a mixture of English and Japanese words and pronunciations in an attempt to make English and Japanese sound the same on certain notes. 
Regarding the lyrics, we wrote about the excitement, the small amount of anxiety and the courage to move on to start a new life after leaving a familiar environment.

Brand new days

Because the original track was very nice, I wanted to bring out some different tastes while keeping the bitter sweetness and feeling of impermanence. Since I remixed the English version this time, I used wagakki and bamboo sounds to give it an oriental vibe, so I will be
happy if you enjoy the contrast of the sounds.
