**Production Notes**

"Cathedral of ice?" Well, this had to be a drone. 

The base is an older piece, heavily filtered and treated. Added some Operator Sine bass here and there. The Pianos are from Boscomac (great free Reaktor stuff over there!) and the synth is Ye Good Ol’ Animoog on the iPhone - weeeee! Finally there were some last touches woth my new toy, a shortwave radio. 

Composing, arranging and mixing took 3 hours. Thanks for listening!

**Disquiet Junto Project 0117: Naviar Junto Haiku**

This week’s project involves members of the Disquiet Junto participating in another music-making community: the Naviar Haiku Project. Already members of the Junto have joined in the Naviar, and this is an opportunity to add to those ranks. Enduring a debilitating disease for many years now has taken a mental toll on the Elecrto Monk. Being under the influence of heavy opioids, antidepressants and various disease modifying drugs while writing music has resulted in a schizophrenic mix of highs and lows, almost like a reflection of his state of mind as time has progressed. The down-tempo, trip-hop soundtrack to a fever dream from which there is no escape.

The EP 'Elsewhere' is the artist's attempt at distilling the experience of travelling. Through this, the listener is taken on a journey through sonic landscapes through a meditative thought process before coming home by the closing track. 

He's working to tell a story through the use of sound that is very much inspired by expiremental and down tempo artist's , Tycho, Shlohmo and Bonobo. With this in mind, 'Elsewhere' is made to be enjoyed and experienced with the use of headphones. Utilizing the use of textures and layering to evoke emotion's and a progressive ambiance that foreshadows the uncertainty we all come to face.
