Jess Kent-Johnson combines her Texas roots, Tennessee soul, and Midwest heart to craft story-songs full of love, loss, and learning. Her piano-driven pop is tinged with blues, jazz, and folk, and her voice will put you at ease while her lyrics pull you into her world.

The Lullaby Project began at Carnegie Hall in New York City more than a decade ago and has since spread to sites around the world.  Overture Center for the Arts in Madison, WI is proud to be a Lullaby Project partner since 2019, and we are pleased to use this page to share the amazing lullabies written by new and expectant parents in the greater Madison area.
