'Murican Red White & Blue overdrive pedal demo (Red - Max Gain)

CKLab modified Boss MT-2 Metal Zone "Sour Diezel" mods 3-way clipping selector.

Recorded with an Epiphone SG with a DiMarzio Mega Drive humbucker bridge pickup. Using the Boss MT-2 as a preamp, into an EL34 power amp section to a Celestion Vintage 30 speaker, with a Shure SM57 dynamic microphone in dead center of the cone.  

Example 1 is the typical "Diezel Mod" clipping.
Example 2 is a Germanium/Schottky clipping combination.
Example 3 is "Sour Diezel" clipping.

CKLab modified Peavey Valve King Royal 8 5w all tube amplifier mods. I have removed the original tone control, added a 3 band eq, re-voiced the preamp, added an fx send/return loop, and a speaker jack for use with other cabinets. This is a brief demo of the eq flexibility of channel 1, using a custom Chibson Les Paul with hand-wound bridge pickup, straight from the FX Send to interface, using Ignite Impulse Response Loader with a Celestion Greenback loaded Marshall 1960A 4x12 IR.
