Okay, if I were Shakespeare, I wouldn't have wasted my time on Romeo & Juliet romantic stuff. Nope, I would have been writing an ode to the Box Fan. Mind you box fans weren't invented back then, but Shakespeare was ahead of his time so that's no excuse. I would have written glorious iambic pentameter, extolling the virtues of white noise and how it helps one sleep all night long.
