all I can say is that a woman is a man's greatest enemy, especially when said man isn't too sure about himself, and that was my fault (I'm Said Man)

its Circa 2022 and truth (of the part that I played leading to the pain) is that I was way into my head and I had a baddie that I fell in love within, get this, she loved me too, like really, really loved me but because she was my first baddie I couldn't see that ... flop was that I was harbouring a lot of anger and insecurities from my past and present (at the time) to a point where my fear blinded me and I couldn't see beyond it, yet she was there...besides me but all I could think of was "when am I losing her" because I felt like I didn't deserve he...funny thing is that when that time of losing her came, it was my fault...I created a moment I dreaded due to the rage and insecurities. its kind of like how Anakin Skywalker's fear of Padme dying led him to being the very instrument that ultimately killed her (she died from heartbreak of her man turning to the dark side, he didn't murder her...well its up for debate since he did break her heart)



I digress...anywho, the "?" EP consists of songs where i created in that mind space of turmoil due to the fact that I was obsessed with the Idea of confirmation and certainty as well as the whole thing which caged me from loving the way I was supposed to kodwa we are better now...seng'khulile and id like to share this piece from the Soul'd archives
