Jo from "sonic structures and silent stretches" asked me if i wanted to take a crack at making some music with this amazing poem.This is the result..

                           Closure
She proudly delighted in endearing innocence.
Deep in the mountain of 
timidly blue window glazings
she traded it in for knowledge.

She proudly reveled in enlightened
knowledge when the 
pleasingly golden summer winds blew
She traded it in for experience.

She proudly clad in coarse
experience. Within minds reach
of pale flight radar clicking.
She traded it in for submission.

She loathed being embraced by 
submission. In the misty haze 
of a midwinter mugging
she traded it in for control.

She employed control to project
righteousness. Next to the stalwart
vents exuding office hours.
It felt intimately close to innocence.

When Age brought Dementia
she crossed streets without looking.
she had no idea of who or when or where.
But She kept straightening her Spine.

There's some diving ducks down on the dock
they have to share the waters with the otters.
who also like that spot.
They don't know nothin bout the internet
And they don't give a damn about who's President
They just like to swim around all day
Under the water and eat those Fleshy Fishes
Cause they're so Dog Gone Delicious.

Now the gooses are arriving and the ganders they are fighting
and contriving to establish their Goosy Macho standing in the 
Hierarchy of the Gaggle.

And all the said Parties and Some Others
keep sharp eyes to the sky on the lookout for the Mighty Eagles
who hunt so fiercely with their Terrible and unforgiving Talons.

And the Spring is peeking through the Storm Clouds while each
and everyone is anticipating Her Arrival.

There's Lizzards on the walls in my hotel, it's hot as hell and it don't smell like my home town.
There's strangers in the halls, and the Punjab calls
while children laugh out loud without regard or regret

Ensconced in cotton course and white
the Charpois wait for another night
and the jet is on the runway, waiting for the northern flight
and Kashmir waits with open arms and mountains bright.

There's Lizzards on the walls of my hotel
Theres loaded Tongas on the teeming street that's lined with open stalls of spice and fruit and brass and salt and hanging meat.

There's Lizzards on the walls
Marigolds strung on strings wrapped around all kind of things.
Beggers on the street with broken arms and legs and feet, still smiling as they reach through diesel fumes and swarms of flys and eyes that stare longingly for some relief.

The Privileged life it dawns on me i didn't see till then and there
where a thousand stare in disbelief 
Humbled like a thief before the judge.

Some ideas about Clarity of Intent and word Fun.

It's not how i would choose to live, the love you took from me was not mine to give
I suppose you think you know the truth.
Extrapolation and the lack Thereof, Precursor to the gods above.
and the failure to correlate within the present circumstance the results of actions taken in the past.
This never ceases to amaze and complicate the connecting of the dots
in the purple Haze.
While intellect is Boiling off like steam, A stream of single thoughts that joins the clouds around their heads
Walking in the desert late at night
far from their Bed
on a quest.
though perception of the consequence is not precise
Some scenarios can at least be precieved 
and in doing so, can mitigate the original intention.
Is the fairy dust curated by the prisoner in the Mortal Coil?

While yes that's true
We are the life blood that flow through

How long he stayed, he could not tell.
He worked ferociously, sounding all
existence that had touched upon him into
being: the smell of meadows, the curl of
ripples, the calm that centers in a storm;
the timbre of voices, the straight lines of buildings,
the aloofness of announcers on the radio.
His desk was cluttered, his mind strove clear.

When he did not write, he‘d read up on
the origins of his ancient art: Vergil and Dante,
Marlow and Shakespeare, Homer and Joyce,
Ovidus, Cervantes, Rabelais and Wieland.
He felt the linguistic seeds, blown from foreign
stems, grow filaments deep in his native soil, he
saw them ripen, flower profusely, yielding
their beauty to ever-changing mentalities.

And as his insight widened and he gained
perspective, the rows of encyclopedias
and dictionaries that lined his shelves
slimmed down, as he gave up consulting
English for French and German, these for
Latin and Greek, those for Persian and Sanskrit,
until he only referred to Indo-European roots.
His desk turned clear, his mind became uncluttered.

Eventually, he also slept and dreamt
whenever the veil sank upon him.
Guarded by the spire‘s safe walls, he would
awaken slowly, remembering outlandish
lore, scribbling notes and poems of bizarre
truthfulness and penning recollections of his
archetypal ties. Some of his realistic verse de-
rived from fragments of prolonged poetic trance.

His muse meanwhile taught him to cook, the
art of mixing individual ingredients to bring about
a taste all of its own that nourishes both mind and
physicality. The painters tend to fixate on surface
and colour, she said, the musicians on timing
the process, whereas the poets never get anything
done, enchanted by words like ‚ginger‘ or ‚yeast‘.
All of their dishes taste awful.

even in the darkest night there’s drops of paint, notes from my guitar, and tiny light that usher in such lush delights, though worthless in the merchants eye, the maestro has the wings to fly…

it’s a big mess, got a hole in my chest, taken down and crushed like apples in a press, i confess to everything i’ve ever done. every single one of us… on the run.

when minds are quiet, the stink of revolution floats in the air, and the overlords they waste away in deep despair… slippin in the deep end not so quietly. fantastic sights!!

Everything you say and do, there is a watcher watching you
the silent witness standing there with stars and spiders in her hair-

There is a place inside my space that opens up from time to time

The situation seems to be a little bit precarious
some might even say Nefarious.

how can it be that tragedy can sometimes be
almost hilarious
Stupidity it seems to be the order of the day

Three oclock in the afternoon, on the 15th day of june, under the spell of a pisces moon.
i got down to write this tune..
You know, no one cares what you think.
can somebody get me a drink...a double shot of cuervo gold on the rocks
would be just fine'
i can never really seem to draw the line.
Sun and birds and water, my mother's favorite daughters.
we march into the slaughter with our heads up high.
Turn that little voice off in my head.
i'm not sure if i'm here or if i'm back in bed.
it's ok either way, i just glad that i'm not dead.

Overstated underrated slightly dated speculatiions on the origins related to complicit complications of intention and the nature of invention in the manufacture of reality.
so here we are in the shifting landscapes of our individuality.
And thank you for allowing me to wander around your brain, i would never knowingly cause you any pain.

The Smoking Trout continue our tale of the Quest for the Holy Dumpling. This time we're joined by our biggest crew yet! Stonerjazz (Jeff) got us started and somehow the whole process unfolded quite organically from there. TexMex Shaman (Stephen), Jo Richter, Tot (Masa), Jeff and Tea R Sea (Terry) are regularly recurring members of the band. Ox and goose in a field the agoraphob doxy slump gum mid chaw chating scared senseless as strange appearance appears in points of view, gots a receiver. She blows up the skyline and the vision's caress is captured deep inside. But damn it the clouds are blinders: the Ox sees ultra radiance in upheaval scratches with snatches its contact on eyeballs. The Goose scratches elsewhere. Addiction sponge a quarter the holiday's in France drop a line from Eiffel carry the trifle to cock the rifle. There's drips of whimsy from beyond the ceiling on such a cloudy day. The Ox stays pale rider he stays calm abider. The eats are verdant pig ambrosia clover the weeds move sideways. The Goose noses its pick and lick and lies and squints his bona-fide eye. Up in the sky puppeteer sighs and cries, "These frolicking dummies fooling the tom it's a comedy of stumbles, trip wire's and fumbles as the ass cap swings on an alternate gate!" Feels just right eh. Knock the rock pace the dock up night clock, the Ox Goose and Cock. There's a trio you see in this field of glee. The Ox sleeps his head in the bush of his dullness and Kush his suggestion is so frank. The Goose pokes his snoz into gifts from Clause imagination's priest he's illusive geese. Then the Cock in his rubber frock pickin and eatin eve and eden's cretin. compact bullroar is this it I want more. Could there be four. She crocks that dial and a tear and a smile of surrender hits its gender the collection fosters remembrance. Darkness is a velvet actress mother before time the void sublime. She turns the sun and moon and in a velvet flux she devours and flowers the ever radical frost of time. The Ox, the Goose, the Cock a fleshy flock as the mock appropriation crouches in birthing affirmation.
The post card is cordial prayer someone's there astral fare. Now you see it now you don't the dream is only loant you see.
