I've always been inspired by Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis and Mike Oldfield, whose art travelled with me as long as I can remember. My songs were often shaped by intentionally limited equipment. This workflow is very demanding and also uncomfortable in a way but also assures a certain feeling of control on creative processes.

The initial recordings of the tracks on "Close to Eternity" and also "Bitstep" are over 30 years old. Their release, after some serious personal setbacks, was only possible thanks to archived recordings on tapes, a Korg X3/M1 – and AI as a quiet ally.
I'm very pleased to have found a way to finally share my music after all these years.
