Kieran Fence’s 7-track oeuvre „a handful of ballads“ was produced by Colin Lanz (Marius Bear, SPIDER, RAHH) and features pieces with chamber brass arrangements and heavy drum grooves. Ranging from epic hymnal pop tunes to cinematic piano ballads rich in melancholy all seven pieces speak of Fence’s first experience with heartbreak, trauma, and other personal reflections. „a handful of ballads“ is a touching collection of intimate processes that the songwriter has arranged into relatable and warm-hearted pop songs.

Sonic references for Fence's unique artist identity can be found in the music of Tom Rosenthal, Tom Odell, Bon Iver and Thom Yorke. The multi-instrumentalist and composer released his debut EP "a handful of ballads" in early 2024. The 7-piece record is warm-hearted collection of relatable pop songs with chamber brass arrangements and heavy drum grooves. Kieran Fence's sophomore EP "1433" is expected to premiere in early 2025 with the singles "Heavy Heart" and "Left In Need" leading up to it.
