What is the Dark Knight to me?

The Dark Knight is myself obviously. I see the dark knight concept as the knight who’s been alone, lost, and hungry. The Dark Knight strives to tackle the cruelty of the world and forge a better path. The Dark Knight to me is an antihero somewhat but leans more on the hero side. The Dark Knight who while alone and filled with darkness, always strive to be better and guide others when he can. His most powerful weapon is his mind. That’s what the dark knight is to me. The Dark Knight ep will take a dive into a part of the Vulity era. A part that was the most vital in that time. Understanding my darkness, the darkness of this world, and how I want to achieve goals despite everything.

A collection of 2018-2020, an interesting time in my life. An overwhelming amount of hurt, sadness, plagued these years. From those years came these songs that articulate what I felt back then. Why they are brought to light are for two reasons. Growth and Vulnerability. 4-5 have past and growth has been exponential. Reflecting back on these wounds has shown my progress has been phenomenal, though there are moments where I sink into the darkness, I’ve become strong and rose from it. Wounds of Darkness is also another way to show vulnerability. There’s no need for us humans/people to act like the strongest and perfect, we have scars, this ep is a reminder for that. Rather than being ashamed of them, I embrace them and wish to inspire others to embrace their scars and remember they are strong. -717
