Hello world I'm Rico Long a.k.a. The Sober 1 (Sobriety date 12-22-22). I'm sure your wondering why I called myself that 🤔 truth be told I'm a Great full Recovering Alcoholic that has chosen to stay clean and sober from all mind altering substance's. 
I'm from Hot Springs Arkansas just trying to make a name for myself as a D.J. I'm trying to follow in the footsteps of the legendary D.J. Screw (R.I.P.) Who is the O.G. of the style called Screwed & Chopped. There has been a lot of other D.J.'s that also do the same style like DJ Michael Watts (Swisha House), OG Ron C (Chop Starz), Slim K (Chop Starz) just to name a few. Out of respect for D.J. Screw my style is called Tempo Slowed & Chopped I'm still new at this basically I'm just finding another way to stimulate my mind through music and not through alcohol.
