This curation came together in two days and invites the dancer to remember their dreams, shake up ones conditioning, and release self limiting beliefs that block the fulfilment of the heart and souls deepest desires. On this quest, what feels alive in your being? Where can you track this aliveness in your body? 

I thought I had a mix ready to go for this one. When I returned to it, I was inspired by fall, Fiji, ceremony and myself two months later, to take it in a whole new direction. Let me know how it lands for you if you feel called?

I put the poem together and put it in AI to turn it into a song.  More so a test song and will visit again to fully produce.  it's been a long time in the works I have been embodying "No shortcuts for Tenderness" for a while.  I realize it's ironic that I took a bit of a shortcut with AI to put this out.  This will be revamped and reworked in the future I actually just really liked it and wanted to share.
