Capture of a live jam using the low budget, low-fi setup of Casio MT-220 thru Digitech RP50.  Sound transitions are created by changing RP50 patches and/or rhythm controls on the MT-220.  Just goofing around, but I like the result!

05 Coffee Can

This original song was recorded using two Casio keyboards decades apart in technology:  The vintage and lo-fi MT-400V supplies all of the backing track - drums, pad, bass, chop - and the lead line was played on the modern and fabulous Privia PX-5S stage piano.  The title has no particular meaning, but is reminiscent of instrumental titles from my favorite artists such as Jeff Beck.

LoFi ambient track created using the Yamaha PSS-480 FM synth, one of Yamaha's Sound Blaster chip synths.  Outboard effects are Boss RE-20 Space Echo and Alesis Quadraverb.
