I've been waking up every night around 4 for some time. I wondered why. It turns out that I am a biphasic sleep. So I decided to do this biphasic piece. Or bimodal if you prefer. Thank you for listening. What Is Biphasic Sleep? Biphasic sleep is a sleep pattern in which a person splits their sleep into two main segments per day. They may sleep longer at night, and then take a nap during the day. Or, they may split their nighttime sleep up into two segments. Biphasic sleep is also referred to as segmented or bimodal sleep.

Born in Texas and raised in Italy, Stephen has been heavily influenced by the sounds of The Beatles, Stravinsky, Jimi Hendrix, The Cream, Brian Eno, and Robert Fripp.

With a discography that includes works such as "Switch on Fellini", a tribute to Federico Fellini and Nino Rota, and "Extended on a Cloud", Stephen has honed his craft and developed a distinctive signature in the world of music. He was also involved on the projects and records of Sensation's Fix, including "Portable Madness," "Finest Finger," and "Boxes Paradise."

As an artist who is always exploring new avenues of expression, Stephen has also contributed to the soundtrack of the movie "Ad Ovest di Paperino" as a member of The Colla. In addition, he has collaborated with Riccardo Cioni Master DJ on tracks such as "Fog," "Come On," "Taking my money," and "Choo Choo Train."
