ALL DAY ALL LONG RECORDS was a collective hallucination that occurred in Nova Scotia from 2005 to 2009. 

Each participant birthed their own pseudonym and were encouraged to create any art they pleased; this resulted in the recording of over three hundred songs, dozens of illustrations and videos, a 16-bit RPG computer game, a small handful of live shows, and a silent film that was in its preliminary stages when A.D.A.L. Records ended as suddenly as it began. 

The curator of the A.D.A.L. library, a staunch Falstaffian named Eddie Dougie, recently bumbled through all of the old albums and exhumed fifty songs that were to his liking. These songs best represent the ambience that was A.D.A.L. Records. 

Music professors and audio engineers will scoff that the drums are muffled in this song, or that the vocals are off-key in that song. English scholars will wax inimical at the abhorrent grammar in that song title, or the jumbled pronunciation in the delivery of those lyrics. What everyone must remember is that these songs were created by drunkards with shoddy equipment; each track recorded in a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, or hallway somewhere in Nova Scotia – with the exception of one song which was captured at a summer camp in New Brunswick. 

The A.D.A.L. music participants resisted their natural inclination to start a Celtic rock band, and were able to bore into a weirdness unplumbed in rural Nova Scotia. 

This fifty song collection, aptly named THOSE FUCKED UP SONGS WE MADE IN OUR TWENTIES, features songs by solo artists: Average Sound, DJ S'Nuff, Queen Slowstep, Doctor Chis, and Pimp Daddy Hoe Bucket. Also included are tracks by bands: Chantal’s Wedding, Straight From The Heptagonal Ring, Maimed By Hooves, and Sweet N’ Gross.
