Butterfly was recorded by Danyel Gerard, a French pop singer, in the early '70's. He did versions in English, French, German, and I'm sure, other languages. This is the version I learned, I sang it with my band in Germany in the '70's, and have loved it ever since. This was multi tracked by me a couple of years ago.

I put this medley together when I was about sixteen and playing in garage bands.  This particular recording was made when I was in the army around 1971 and playing guitar and singing with a German group.
