Listening to this delightful composition, full of good-natured relaxation, you would never think that 3.5 thousand years ago on Santorini there was no time for relaxation :) The Minoan eruption on this island, coupled with a tsunami, swept away the Cretan civilization of the early palace era, and the climate collapse in many ways "heated up" the catastrophe of the Bronze Age"...

Smooth, relaxing , very beautiful track! I love the arrangement. Feeling the wind of seashore. Very nice to listen in summer.

I'm not sure which is more maddening these days — the situation in Ukraine or the situation in America. Hell, the middle east is also crap. I'm just mad at it all.

I was struck by an article in the Guardian 10 years ago about a woman who used to hang out and work with the Rolling Stones in the 60s and the article was about adapting to old age while having nostalgia for such a potent time in her life. For this recording I had to change one word - 70 to 80. Musically it needed to be rhythmic but melancholic: something you got from major and minor seventh songs in the mid 70s as disco kicked in
