Stepney’s Folk Theme

Say what you will about the season he's in but I think Hank is amazing.

It's probably my love for American engines of his type talking here, especially because I myself live in America, but he's just such a neat character who deserved better. His prop, his personality, etc. I always loved the little "Hail to the Chief" ditty that played when he first arrives so I thought I'd have a stab at extending it, along with making it sound somewhat season 5-esque in a way. It's also a bit inspired from Headmaster Hasting's composition of his theme for the soundtrack of a Hank story too. Enjoy. :)

Harold's Triumphant Ditty (Thomas And The Rumours) - Season 5

Had the idea to do this for months after rewatching some episodes from the CGI Brenner era of Thomas. I've found myself really enjoying the main theme/motif from the S19 episode "The Other Side of The Mountain" and wanted to do something with it. I eventually got the idea to do a remix of it but in the style of the watermill theme from S2, with some little adjustments of my own. It felt pretty fitting as both are associated Thomas' branch line and have a rather cozy, beautiful tune in each theme. So yeah, I finally got around to doing that right now. Enjoy! ^^

It's been quite a long time since I've posted anything on my SoundCloud, and the reason for that is simply because I've just been busy with stuff in real life and other projects that I've been working on, so I'm sorry it's been quiet here for a pretty long time.
