This is an almost lost piece that emerged from experiments with multi-track recordings produced at my home in Petaluma around mid 1993. I did everything, experimenting with techniques I'd learned in the electronic music program at UCSC in the mid 80's, and later developed with my Tascam 424 4-track cassette porta-studio. Tools: Squire P Bass, Dr Rhythm 500 drum Latin patch, Mesa Boogie Mark IV direct, custom Ovation Breadwinner guitar, Crybaby wah-wah, Alesis digital delay.

This was a "what the heck, I'm bored and inspired" moment waiting for a bus outside the Communications Bldg. at UCSC, Spring 1986, very late at night after an Electronic Music Composition class recording session. I played my 1981 Takamine acoustic guitar, later stolen in 2019 when I lost literally everything but what I was wearing. I found her, winter 2020, at Tall Toad Music in Petaluma where I'd recorded some of the other tracks you can hear now. She's safe at home in Washington where I currently reside.

This piece is the first music I recorded in Tacoma, Washington late October 2021. I was trying out my new Chromebook and made this song.
