He joins us from Philadelphia to talk about the 2024 presidential election in the wake of Joe Biden’s announcement that he is standing down from his re-election campaign and endorsing vice president Kamala Harris.

Willie Ricks was an organizer with the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC). He is now known as Mukasa Dada and he is credited with popularizing the phrase "Black power" in 1966. He will discuss his liberation movement work and his recent participation in a delegation traveling to Nicaragua. He joins us from Atlanta Georgia.
