At the time Alireza999 was going through a hard time so he freestyled his deepest thoughts and emotions onto this track revealing how he believed  that love never ended well for him and in fact caused him to always go through pain which is why he uses the metaphor "Love Is Hell" , to suggest and create an image that Love is as torturous and painful as hell. This is a perfect song to listen to  when you are in your feelings or feel heartbroken.
