Adoration of the Magi was painted in 1504 in honor of Frederick the Wise by Dürer, it is one of the most significant works of his artistic career: preserved in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, his The importance of this painting lies above all in the harmonious mixture of Italian and Nordic elements: after his trip to Venice, in fact, his painting is enriched with sumptuous details, rich and colorful drapes, typical of the great Italian tradition of the time.
