New Zealand feels like a home away from home and I always enjoy playing there. This time was super special because it's been a few years between visits and I was accompanied by some of the closest Aussie producers/DJ's. Following on from my brother @pspiralife, it was great to bring the tempo up ad bang it out!

This Zenon DJ mix is by FRACTAL JOKE, Zenon Records producer who has put together this tasty Dj Mix featuring some of his favourite Z-tunes of recent times! Brazilian producer Heitor Amaral has been involved in music for as long as he can remember. Playing various instruments as a child and being a guitarist in bands as a teenager led him to study Music and Technology at the University of Santa Maria, where he graduated in 2018. During his graduation Heitor discovered underground psytrance festivals, and this changed completely the path of his music. Coming from a musical background his tracks usually have focus on harmonic and melodic structures, combined with a cinematic and detailed sound design and a zenonesque flavour. Fractal Joke crafts a meaningful story for every one of his tracks, using carefully selected vocals and ambience sounds, the immersive quality of his music is a signature of his style.

ADN Music presents PRIMABOT with the 'Hybrid Theory Of Prog'. Primabot is a professional musician, performer and producer from Lyon (FRANCE). His project, created in 2019, is the perfect dance floor warmer for ecstatic and psychedelic performances. Flowing in between 105 & 120 bpm, it consists of a blend of electronic glitches coupled with heavy and hypnotic bass-lines. Inspired by progressive Psytrance and Tech influences but also the Glitch wave or Techno, his music goes through multiple atmospheres and energies. Sometimes moody and deeply driven into minimal actions, his music can reach high peaks of energy with twisted psychedelic sounds. He also performs Guitar Live, Keyboard & Percussions during the show. He is a member of the ADN Music crew in Grenoble (FR) and the founder of Multiversal Records-MVR (FR) in Lyon. He is a guitarist, drummer and music teacher. All we can say is that Primabot is a dude with a solid stage experience, always giving the maximum energy he can in his shows. About this set he says: "It's a live set with most of my tracks produced this past 2 years but with some very recent tunes and unreleased as well. There are also live instruments such as guitar, keyboard and percussions recorded on stage. All my lives are a bit different but this one gives a very good idea of what I play for gigs!"

HYPOGEO night -  Sentimony records DJ Set

My DJ set at Ozora Festival 2023 Pumpui Stage, Sunday evening, the closing night of the festival. I started right when the main stage was closing and played before Modus who played before SFX aka Astral Projection. Went really well and i got very good feedback, in the beginning there was a crowd of a few hundred people dancing which grew and grew until the end up to a few thousands. The atmosphere was absolutely electric, i still feel the vibe and the emotions in my body. Was a memorable day! The mix starts with a dark-ish more classical zenonesque sound, but then goes deeper and deeper and deeper, gradually introducing melodies, trance inducing atmospheres, tribal elements, psychedelic twists, intelligent percussions, acid sounds, modern grooves, irresistible rhythms, slowly changing the style until the end. It's psytrance that doesn't sound like the usual psytrance, sounds techno-ish but it's not techno, seems progressive but it's not quite progressive, and even has some goa influences. Together they explore the concept of storytelling through the cyclic progression of psychedelic techno. Their mission is to bring the auditor into a different world staged by sensations of physical quantum traveling. Elusive and twisted motives meet hypnotic ornamentation all surrounded by time morphing atmospheres. All of this to pull the listener into their quantic orbit. About their set, Quantaloop adds: "This set marks the continuation of our studio live set series where we deconstruct released and new unreleased tracks and play them live with a whole bunch of loops and effects! Recorded in our studio it allows us to add a bit depth than what we usually do live. This live set is the culmination of years of tweaking that has lead to this unique way to play our tracks! Seldon invites you Deep Down The Rabbit Hole, this time with BLEZ. Budapest-born DJ with passion for hypnotic and atmospheric electronic music, Blez started to collect techno and acid sounds during the 90’s. In 2008, together with Toma they launched the radio show called ElectroCat (ELECTROnic CATegories) on Tilos Radio Budapest, concentrating without compromise on various styles and subgenres of techno & house, which are far from mainstream influence. Blez enjoys playing well-designed futuristic soundscapes and is always looking for the hypnotic or psychedelic side of techno. He often plays atmospheric dub- or minimal house and carefully selected acid sounds as well. Together with his friend Brainworx they organized deep techno events called Hypnotic Form, introducing artists such as Claudio PRC and Deepbass to the local audience. He regularly plays at S.U.N. Festival and other party series in Budapest.
