Matt Walsh discusses the Rule of Law and how people react to it. Regardless of countries having laws, people will still protest. He quotes the Mayor of Baltimore who said, "We have to give them space to desroy" meaning that people can do anything they want regardless of the laws in place. Matt expresses that he is harboring a deeper feeling than anger, from the recent events involving Confederate Statues being torn down and destroyed. He then goes on to explain the left and right's differences in School of Thought.
